From Sep 07 to Sep 08 Sikhs all around the world will celebrate the 300th Anniversary of Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s perpetual Guruship
   
800 YEARS OF LEEDS
In 1207 Leeds received its first charter as a ‘new town’ making our great city 800 years old in 2007. ‘Celebrate Leeds 2007’ is a year long festival to commemorate this momentous occasion and wonderful city

The festival will celebrate cultural diversity and community cohesion. The GNNSJ Sikh Religious Educational and Interfaith Event is part of this effort and is about putting Spirituality at the heart of these celebrations, and also dedicating this event to the 300th Anniversary of Guru Granth Sahib’s perpetual Guruship, at Sachkand Sri Hazur Sahib, Abchlanagar, Nanded, India
